Dental implants
Usually four implants support each fixed arch, with the number guided by your clinical assessment.
Extractions if needed
Removal of failing or remaining teeth where part of the agreed treatment plan.
Temporary fixed teeth
A provisional fixed bridge may be fitted on the day of surgery where clinically appropriate.
Definitive zirconia bridge
A bespoke, durable final restoration carefully planned for your smile and bite.
Routine bone grafting
Standard grafting where required is included; some complex procedures are separately quoted.
Follow-up & aftercare

Treatment starts from £17,000 per arch and typically costs £17,000–£19,000 per arch. Your final quote follows assessment. If complex grafting or a sinus lift is needed, this will be explained and separately quoted.
Is the initial consultation really free?
Yes. Your initial discussion with the team is free and there is no obligation to proceed. A detailed CBCT diagnostic scan costs £150, which is deducted from treatment if you go ahead.
Can I leave with fixed teeth on the same day?
Many full arch protocols allow a temporary fixed bridge on the day of implant placement. This depends on clinical factors, including implant stability. Your dentist will explain what is possible in your case.
What if I've had dentures for years or have lost bone?
Having worn dentures or experienced bone loss does not automatically rule you out. A clinical examination and CBCT scan help the team assess your options. Additional procedures may be needed in some cases.
I'm nervous about treatment. Can you help?
The team understands that implant surgery can feel daunting. They will explain the process and can discuss sedation options, including intravenous sedation where appropriate following assessment.
Is finance available for full arch treatment?
The practice offers finance options, which may include 0% APR on eligible plans. All finance is subject to status and lender terms; ask the team for current illustrations and full details.
Do I get the Sonicare toothbrush with my free consultation?
